Insights

The Insights reporting module is an advanced data exploration and visualization tool for the display assets in your organization.

To access the Insights module:

Click Insight in the header menu.

Overview

The Insights module lets you analyze the display assets of your organization. by switching between two modes:

Widget view: A dashboard view with several interactive visual widgets.
List view: A list-view in tabular format, which also supports export to Excel format.

Click on the Widget view / List view button in the upper-right area of the screen to toggle between the two modes.

Only Barco display models are included in the analysis of the Insights module.

The following widgets are available:

Distribution by model

A vertical bar histogram shows the number of displays, grouped by display model. Clicking on a model will apply a model filter on the dataset.

Distribution by use

A pie chart shows how the use of the displays are distributed in the organization.

Service and warranty status

This widget indicates how many displays models that are approaching their end-of-service (EOS) date and end-of-warranty date.

The end-of-service date is related to the display model
The end-of-warranty date is related to the purchase/shipping date, and is linked to individual serial number

Warranty status by backlight usage

A vertical bar chart that counts the number of displays grouped by the percentage of consumed backlight hours. Displays with a percentage higher than 100% have exceeded their warranty backlight hours (determined per model) limit.
